RESERVATIONS

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Cards may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment, so please mention your gift card when scheduling your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.

*Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES

Your spa treatment times are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges and as a courtesy to accommodate other clients. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more or three or more treatments. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to cancel more than TWO hours prior to their appointment time OR miss their appointments without giving any prior notification (“no-call, no-show”) will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Spa Packages and multiple service appointments require 48 hour cancellation notice. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and therefore have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time as we keep a wait list. Additionally, at times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift card ready when booking. You will not be charged unless there is a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment time or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. In the event that the credit card transaction is declined, the balance due will be charged to the client’s spa account, and the client will be responsible for paying the balance prior to booking any future services.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Evolve Wellness Spa standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice incur a cancellation fee. In case of inclement weather in the area (hurricane or tornado conditions), we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the Sarasota area is under a severe weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.

SPA PARTIES / GROUP BOOKINGS

For parties of three or more, please send an inquiry email to cinbonilla@msn.com for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates as far in advance as possible.

MODESTY CONCERNS/WHAT TO WEAR

It is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone at our day spa. Towels and robes are provided and can keep you covered. Therapists are well trained in the “art of draping” which means that they leave the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the massage table, and they keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body they are massaging. They also leave the treatment room before you get up from the table. If you are having a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the therapist how you should be dressed for treatment. We want to make sure that you are comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions.

PROFESSIONALISM

Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.

CELL PHONES

Out of consideration for our guests, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent or vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

PRICES AND SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. As always, we will honor prices of services purchased in gift card form. Clients will not be charged for a service price increase when their gift card was purchased prior to a price increase.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

PURCHASE A GIFT CARD 
Gift Cards are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 973-280-1716 or by using this link. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will be happy to mail or e-mail your gift certificate to you! Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards. Gift cards are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Cards are valid for ONE CALENDAR YEAR and must be mentioned when making your appointment.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is NOT included in the price of service or spa packages. Customary tipping typically runs 15% to 20%, but is, of course, at your discretion.  For excellent service, you may tip your therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated by our service providers.

CHECK-IN / APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL

We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time for your first visit with us. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, as time allows. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the appointments of other guests scheduled after you. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course, beyond the check-in policies, we invite all of our guests receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Evolve Wellness Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea available in our relaxation area. Please refrain from bringing your pets into the spa considering guest who maybe allergies to animals.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Evolve Wellness Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

CHILDREN

We want all of our guests, including YOU, to be able to enjoy a tranquil experience at Evolve Wellness Spa, whether it be for a spa day or a single service. In order to ensure this, we ask that you please avoid bringing children with you to your spa appointments. While your appointment may be for a quick and less-than-relaxing waxing service, someone in an adjacent room may be enjoying a relaxing massage or facial, so please plan accordingly for childcare during your service. Additionally, we work with sharp instruments and chemical solutions, and would not want to see any children harmed.

SPA PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third-party gift certificates.

RETURN POLICY

We make it our mission to provide you with the highest quality skin and body care products with your services at Evolve Wellness Spa. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day to achieve your skin care goals! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective or the result of use to be undesirable, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us so that your Esthetician may provide alternate product recommendations.

We regret that we cannot accept or exchange makeup products after they have been opened/used.

Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Evolve Wellness Spa.
